Best Chinese food in the Cedar Valley. It doesn‘t compare to something you could get in Chicago, or better yet, Taiwan, but it is certainly the best you can get in Waterloo or Cedar Falls. I have lived in Asia for 2 years, so I consider myself a good judge of their gastronomic delights.
